Description
Corriedale Wool is ideal for Needle Felting (both 2D and 3D), Wet Felting & Spinning. Corriedale feels thicker than the finer Merino Wool yet it is still soft to the touch.
If you are unsure how much 20gms is, as an approximate guide it is about 3′ (90cm) long. Please however bear in mind that this can alter depending on the thickness of the roving so it could be longer or shorter. The wool is 25-30 micron and has a staple length of 80-120mm. It is dyed with dyes that conform to EN71 and is sourced from non-mulesed flocks.
Depending on the quantity of your order this may be supplied to you vacuum packed which makes it letter box friendly – generally speaking more than 200 gms will go by Hermes and under 200 gms will be sent vacuumed via Royal Mail.
Please remember that this is a natural product and therefore can vary from batch to batch in the dyeing process. I do try to reproduce the colours as accurately as possible but the resolution can vary between different computer screens/tablets etc.
