Hot-Fix Angelina Fibres – 7g. Angelina Fibres are used in mixed media, textile work, collages, embellishments etc and can also be combined with Friendly Plastic and by mixing in with Merino Wools can also add sparkle to Needle Felting. Angelina Fibres heat-fix to each other so by placing the fibres between 2 sheets of baking parchment and ironing on a silk setting for 2-4 seconds they will fuse together to produce a shoft shimmering Angelina fabric for incorporating into textile work (can be stitched through). If using with Friendly Plastic make the Angelina Fabric sheet first then heat the Friendly Plastic, place the Angelina sheet onto the warm Friendly Plastic and push in a metal cutter. Lift and turn over so you can push the Friendly Plastic through the Angelina (best done on tin foil). Leave until cold before removing the cutter and trimming where necessary. (This is the same technique as using sequin waste with Friendly Plastic).
